Chicken JUMP
An exercise to develop explosive leg strength is performed with a kettlebell. In the starting position, the lower back is arched, the chest is open, the kettlebell is lowered below the knees and the jumping out is performedwith full extension of the knees, the body remains in a small inclination. The jump is from the full foot; the landing is on full foot. The kettlebell`s weight is selected so that it is possible to work comfortably in theexplosive mode for 6-10 reps.
