No specific equipment or gym membership is required. Work out at any time convenient for you.
You need only 30-40 minutes daily.
3. Get feedback
What you get is more than just a training plan, as we will also keep an eye on your progress and give advice on your technique. So you complete the control exercises, and we give feedback.
