At The TYR Wodapalooza 2024, Zack Telander and Mitchell Hooper Put on A Show
Besides all of the exciting events that happen during the competition days at the 2024 TYR Wodapalooza, the audience in Miami has even more shows to attend and get excited about. Yesterday, famous weightlifting coach and blogger Zack Telander and the world’s strongest man for 2023, Mitchell Hooper, got down to do a public training session together.
The duo got together on one of the stages to showcase a Split Jerk Coaching/Training session that ended up giving Hooper his PB on the movement.
In a clip uploaded to his social media, we can see the World’s Strongest Man lifting 211 kg on the split jerk with good form and technique for a new personal best.
Along with that, coach Zack Telander also showed off, lifting 165 kg (365 lbs) with relative ease for the delight of nearby spectators.
