Hafthor Bjornsson Is Preparing for the 2024 Arnold Classic
The 2024 Arnold Classic is set to start on the 29th of February at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio, and some of the best Strongmen in the world are set to compete.
Those include previous Strongest Man in the World winners such as Hafthor Bjornsson and Tom Stoltman, as well as the current holder of the title – Mitchell Hooper.
Hafthor Bjornsson, or just Thor, is known as one of the strongest men on the planet, having won multiple competitions in his career. Recently, however, he had been struggling with injuries and was unable to find his best form.
His training journey for the Arnold Classic is well documented on his social media platforms, with many videos of his training sessions and the nutrition and recovery approach he takes.
The good thing is that just days away from the start of the Arnold Classic, we can see Bjornsson in great shape – deadlifting 400 kg for three reps with ease.
For the Strongmen, the Arnold Classic will start on March 1st and will end on March 2nd, so we will be updating you with the results on our blog.
