One of the athletes who can be seen gearing up for competition is Ruslan Nurudinov. In a recent video shared to his Instagram profile, Nurudinov can be seen doing a front squat with 240 kg with ease. Competing in the 109 kg category, he is the first lifter from Uzbekistan to win a world championship and the first to win an Olympic gold medal while setting an Olympic record in the clean&jerk with 237 kg.
