This supplement contains 25g of protein per serving, with only 110-120 calories. This makes it an ideal protein powder for virtually all purposes. It does have a few downsides, however, like the inclusion of artificial sweetener, sucralose, and a fairly limited amount of flavor variety.
Overall, this is a great choice for anybody who wants a high-quality whey protein supplement. Also, at ~$1.36 per serving, it comes at an affordable price compared to many of its competitors.
Overall, Kaged offers a solid whey protein supplement with solid macros and great flavor.
