In this groundbreaking event Walcott chose an SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) to encompass all the variety of a powerlifting contest. The squats performed, she made a try to lift 287.5 kilograms (633.8 pounds). Moreover, she only used wrist wraps, a lifting belt and knee sleeves to outperform Sonita Muluh, the holder of the current record with a squat of 285.5 kg (629.4 pounds) set at the 2023 IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships, with 2 kilograms (4.4 pounds) over the record. With the total of 742.5 kilograms Tamara Walcott rocketed to mark an unofficial All-Time World Record having included the bench and deadlift.
